Referrals for funding of equipment, physical barrier removal consultation, parent training, community education and prevention campaigns, advocacy with other State agencies and service systems, referrals and information, home visits, and follow ups. At present doing Housing Case Management with people who are referred to UCP from a DSAAPD-state worker to locate housing for SRAP(State Rental Assistance Program) vouchers. (when UCP gets the referral then assistance is provided in locating housing in Kent and Sussex County.)
