Delaware Futures
Program Description
Students are invited to a variety of cultural events during the summer, including cooking classes, art museums, movies, theatre productions, music, yoga, and more! Delaware Futures provides comprehensive academic, financial, social, and emotional support for students all across the state of Delaware year-round. For 29 years, DF has been carrying out our founders’ mission to provide academic, social motivational support, as well as cultural enrichment and career readiness training, which empowers economically disadvantaged high school students to recognize and fulfill their potential and become matriculated college students or enter the workforce. We advance this mission with our proven program components: ongoing tutoring and academic support, experiential learning, weekly group meetings, community service, paid internships, and career mentorship, college tours, counseling, and advising.
