Learn to Fly! - Aerial Silks
Program Description
Get up into the air while learning the fundamentals of aerial arts on silks while building strength and flexibility. Instruction will include performing basic movements and tricks, how to gain body awareness while airborne and use of the apparatus. Instructor: Sarah Willsey - Instructor at Aerial Fun. Hammock Levels 1-2, Apprentice Level 3, Bungee Intro Apprentice. Specialty - Kids and Teens. Choreographer Hammock Level 1-3.
