Live from CAB CALLOWAY! (A Comedy Skitch and Impov Camp)

Program Description

For students interested in creating scenes, making characters, and learning how to perform comedic skits in front of an audience, this summer camp is for you! Remember the beloved Saturday Night Live classics like the Bat-O-Matic, More Cowbell, or Disney Channel Acting School? This summer we will create commercial parodies to perform LIVE FROM CAB CALLOWAY! Instructor: Jessica Stamp - Current senior at Cab Calloway School of the Arts with a passion for comedy, acting, and writing. She is a theatre major, with a technical theatre minor, as well as the president of Cab’s Thespian Society. Jessica has directed and co-written numerous productions at Cab. In the fall, she will be attending Marymount Manhattan College on a full scholarship for a BFA in Acting.
