Sports Challenge 2023
Program Description
Sports Challenge 2023 is a 5-day leadership academy that brings together a diverse group of high school student-athletes to practice sports skills and key leadership skills simultaneiously. Each day starts with Vitamins, a program-wide strength and agility workout, then moves into sport-specific practices. Student-athletes spend their afternoons in small group mentoring sessions and leadership workshops, and the day culminates with a program-wide Leadership Forum.
