We pay you to learn and work! That’s right, The Warehouse knows that in order for the next generation to be professionally successful, we need to first provide soft skill trainings that nurture the whole person, such as time management, financial literacy, interview preparedness, mindful meditation, and more! Next, we help you find the right path forward that supports individual goals and dreams. This plan looks different for everyone, but The Warehouse is here to help guide and direct each individual towards the education or career pathway that best supports dreams and aspirations. How do I find the right career pathway? The Warehouse provides a case manager who works with each teen and young adult individually to create a customized trajectory towards success. During this 12-week program, teens spend the first eight weeks at The Warehouse learning needed soft skills before spending the remaining four-weeks with an employee partner such as The Buccini/Pollin Group or Planting to Feed, in their area of focus.
This program is available to children no matter where they live or go to school. If you have additional questions or want to learn more, please contact our team. We'd be happy to assist you!
