Provides tutoring programs at various city locations for students.  City government programs for grades 4-6, summer youth employment program,  English as a second language, SAT preparation and study skills. College admissions & visitation program and pools, playgrounds, camps.Summer Food Program provides a free meal for children ages 18 years and younger from June 21 through August 21. Applications are available at the Wilmington Parks and Recreation’s administrative office.  Evening feeding program (winter & fall) for ages 18 years and younger.
