The Salvation Army Delaware Command’s Booth Emergency Housing Residence is a 52-bed emergency shelter for women and women with children up to age 17. The team also provides a cold-weather shelter for men, women, and children through an agreement with the City of Wilmington. Delawareans can receive additional support through mental health counseling, adult addiction recovery, community center, utility assistance, and children and senior programs.
