Partner Spotlight 
The Catholic Charities, Delaware Energy Assistance Program provides supplemental home heating assistance during winter months (Dec.-Mar.) for low-income families and individuals. Eligible heating and cooling sources include electricity, gas, oil, kerosene, wood, propane, natural gas, and coal. The program is federally funded, and applications are processed beginning in October. If you or someone you know is having trouble paying their utilities, contact Delaware 211, Catholic Charities, or visit the Energy Assistance page on their website.
