Nehemiah Gateway Community Development Corporation (CDC) provides access to financial education and services for low-to-moderate-income individuals in the State of Delaware. Nehemiah Gateway CDC is a project of Shiloh Baptist Church, Delaware’s oldest Black Baptist Church. They lead the Delaware Earned Income Tax Credit Campaign (EITC), which offers free tax preparation, helps clients open bank accounts, and refers tax clients to organizations and services throughout Delaware. There are income requirements to qualify for the free tax preparation program.
