Dover housing authority provides management services for operation of Owens Manor LP which is a senior housing facility. Owens manor is now an assistance senior apartment building. Owens has 48 one bedroom and 12 two bedroom units for a total of 60 senior units. They also have Simmon Circle, Senate View, Manchester Square, Manchester Court, Derby Estates, and Queen Manor for general public housing. Owens Manor and Willis Road Commons are tax credit properties.Rents at subsidized sites are based on household income and are in accordance with federal regulations.
