PUMH operates four continuing care retirement communities: Cokesbury Village in Hockessin, DE; Methodist Country House in Greenville, DE; Methodist Manor House in Seaford, DE; and Heron Point of Chestertown, MD. Each of our four communities is a fully accredited continuing care community, offering a wide range of living options and the complete continuum of care, including cottage and apartment residences, assisted living, 24 hour skilled care and units specially tailored for those who suffer memory impairment. They offer equal housing opportunity.Each month there is a calendar of events, which list activities such as;- Fitness class- Hobby activities (painting, stitching, sewing, computer club, etc.)- Swimming class- Committee meetings- Games and Cards- Cinema night- Shopping- Prayer Chain- Bible StudyThe eligibility to PUMH’s communities are: for retirement living, ambulatory and over 60 years.
