Delaware Helpline, Inc. is a statewide, toll-free telephone information and referral service that provides Delawareans with information to over 2,200 health and human service programs. Delaware Helpline, Inc., a full-member United Way Agency, assists people who are in a crisis or facing a problem in accessing needed community services.
