The Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter serves Delaware, Southeastern PA and South Jersey. We are alliance of family members and professionals dedicated to helping people with Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders and their families through education, support and advocacy. Our mission to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research, to provide and enhance care and support for all affected and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health. Our vision is a world without Alzheimer’s disease.
