Administers multi-service facilities in which various State and private agencies are co-located, with the goal of providing one-stop centers for meeting the human service needs. In addition, the following programs are offered by the Division: Community Resource and Assistance Services;  Dental Transportation; Emergency Assistance Services; Utility Fund; Kinship Care; Teen Vouchers; Diabetes Fund; Family Visitation Centers; Adopt-a-Family, Office of Community Services, Fuel and Cooling Assistance, Emergency and Transitional Housing, Emergency Housing Asistance Fund, and Community Services Block Grant: the State Office of Volunteeriam, including Foster Grandparent Program, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP), Volunteer Resource Center, Volunteer Services,  and AmeriCorps. Publishes the Directory of Human Services for Delaware.
