Brackenville Center is a licensed facility owned by Complete Care. Care is provided for 104 residents. They are located in a country setting with a pond. Extensive rehabilitation programs are offered with physical, speech, and occupational therapies. Hospice care is provided by the agency that the family chooses. There is a respite program with a minimum stay of 3 days. Requirements for admission include medical examination, physician’s request, chest x-ray, and a TB test.
