The Domestic Violence Hotline provides 24-hour crisis intervention counseling services and related services for victims of domestic violence. The Hotline accesses shelters and may place families in one of two shelters for battered women in New Castle County. Shelter locations are protected. The Domestic Violence Hotline also accepts donations of used cell phones. Donations can be mailed or hand-delivered to their Philadelphia Pike address. State Police Troop 9 (Odessa) also collects used cell phones for Child, Inc.
