Children’s Advocacy Center of DE, Inc. coordinates the services of law enforcement, Attorney General’s Office, Division of Family Services, and medical personnel during the investigation of cases of alleged child sexual abuse, physical abuse and/or witness of serious domestic violence.***Referrals are accepted ONLY from Law Enforcement (any police department), Attorney General’s Office, or Division of Family Services; physician referrals for medical examination.***
