New Directions Early Head Start-Kent County is funded through the University of Delaware to provide services to pregnant women and families of children birth to three in the Kent County area through home-based services.   Families are enrolled based on meeting eligibility requirements (income, SSI, disability etc.).  Families receive information and support in the areas of child development, health, and family education and involvement.
