The Delaware Parents Association provides a safe environment where Delaware youth and adults can find family and individual resources; a lending library; parent workshops (for court order/divorce only–not TANF or general public) meal reimbursement, technical assistance, and nutrition workshops for daycare providers; Drug and Tobacco Prevention Programs for youth and adults (5 years and up); family literacy workshops through the Statewide School Districts Tobacco Prevention Get Smart, Don’t Start Program.
