DE Physicians Care is a contracted managed care health plan for the state of DE’s Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance and provides medical and behavioral health benefits to Medicaid and DE Healthy Children enrollees. We provide case management, disease management, pregnancy and well child programs, work with various community groups and centers to provide health and wellness education, sponsorships and a host of other services.
