Delaware Victim Centers – New Castle County, Kent County and Sussex County 800-VICTIM1 Services for any crime victims and families. Provides short or long term crisis intervention, 24 hour emergency intervention, hospital and court accompaniment, follow-up, referrals to appropriate social service agencies and assistance in filing victim compensation assistance forms. Particularly funded by the United States Dept of Justice, administered by the Criminal Justice Council and the Delaware State Police.
