Delmar Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is a private facility. They provide long term and skilled nursing care. The Center is Medicaid and Medicare certified and accepts private pay patients. Alzheimer’s and dementia patients are accepted. Admission requirements include: a medical examination, Physician’s request/order, and a chest x-ray.
