The Parents As Teachers program provides monthly home visits to parents living in New Castle County. Using the Parents As Teachers curriculum, parents are given information on how children learn and grow and how they can enhance learning at home. (Group Meetings are held so that parents can have an opportunity to share and learn from other parents. Stay and Play Centers are equipped with age appropriate toys. Parents can observe their children interacting with other children the same age and share child-rearing experiences.= temporarily on hold due to Covid)
