Responsible for facilitating adoption services for children ages 1-17 who are placed in foster care and have a permanency goal of TPR/Adoption. The services are provided by DFS and/or through a licensed adoption agency in Delaware. These services are forĀ “special needs” children who cannot return home. The Division is looking for families who are willing to make a lifetime commitment to a child in foster care needing permanency.
