Birth to Three provides early intervention services, primarily in the child’s home or natural environment. Birth to Three serves children (birth to 3 years) who have or are at risk for having developmental delays. CDW works closely with the family to ensure early identification and intervention are provided. Services, for eligible children,  include service coordination to monitor the child’s progress, referral to and monitoring of early intervention services and assistance with transition from the program.
