The program offers services for the general population, health professionals, people with diabetes and those at risk for developing the disease. This includes patient, caregiver and health professional educational materials, community & worksite interventions, prevention programs, health information, statistics, 6 week diabetes self-management classes, community blood screenings, wellness programs, professional education and management support resources.
