The Delaware Public Health Laboratory services are Not Directly Accessible by the Public. Tests performed by the Laboratory are in direct support of the many programs of the Division of Public Health. The Laboratory provides analytical data to the Division’s of Disease Control and Environmental Health programs to help formulate disease prevention strategies which provide a means of intervention in epidemic situations.
