The Ryan White grant provides an opportunity to make a financial bridge for families between private health insurance and Medicaid coverage. It provides for services in four areas: Consortium; home and community-based; insurance continuation; and medications. Data and reports on client utilization, client profiles, service utilization and quality control are available from the central office. Education and training to HIV/AIDS case management staff and patient education through community-based contractors is offered. All clinic services are provided by the community-based providers.
