Senior Companions are volunteers who provide assistance and friendship to older adults and other individuals who have difficulty with daily living tasks.  The companions are 55 Years and older, and help other seniors/individuals  by providing companionship, light house keeping, assistance with meals, and transportation that allows them to live independently.
