Fox is a private practice of full-time, license Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapist who specialize in the provision of therapy services to the older adult population. Our patients do not have to be homebound or have a skilled nursing need like home health agencies under Medicare Part A; our coverage is the same as all other outpatient facilities under Medicare B. Patients are evaluated and treated in their homes, one-on-one, to address the impairments and functional limitations that directly impact safety and independence at home and in the community.
