Greenwood Country Retirement provides single family homes for seniors. Homes are available to purchase. Homes are purchased with a Life Lease and revert back to Greenwood when a resident moves or passes away. Seniors must be able to live independently, but for an hourly fee, staff members can take residents shopping, provide meals, transport them to doctors’ appointments, etc. There is a 24-hour Alert System available.A variety of styles and sizes of homes are offered. The Community takes care of taxes, insurance, electricity, and general upkeep on the home for a monthly fee.Please call for further information or to arrange a tour.
