Horizon House Delaware, Inc. (HHDI) provides a continuum of community-based services to adults with disabilities:Residential Services HHDI Residential Services are available to adults with a psychiatric or developmental disability residing in New Castle County. We currently provide a range of residential options to over 75 people.Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) & Intensive Case Management (ICM) ACT and ICM Teams offer a multidisciplinary team approach to treatment, rehabilitation and support services for individuals with psychiatric disabilities or co-occurring disorders. ACT Teams are available in both New Castle and Sussex Counties. ICM services are in New Castle only.The ECHO Centers With support from DSAMH, HHDI created the Empowerment, Choice, Hope and Opportunity (ECHO) Center at Newark to provide recovery-oriented outpatient services for adults with psychiatric, substance misuse and co-occurring disorders.
