Provides education on vaccine preventable diseases and administers recommended immunizations. Clients are asked to bring a complete immunization history to each visit. A parent or legal guardian must accompany any client who is younger than 18 in order to give informed consent and sign for services. Immunizations are provided on a sliding fee scale. No one is denied services if unable to pay. NOTE: Clients who have insurance that covers immunization and/or tuberculin testing are encouraged to obtain these services from their primary care providers whenever possible.
