Support services–free referral and information dissemination, individual and family counseling, in-service training for home and facility caregivers and an annual educational conference on disease management and research. Newark and Milford Support Groups–Individuals with Huntingtons Disease, their families and caregivers meet monthly or every other month to provide mutual aid or support in dealing with issues and concerns of Huntingtons Disease.
