Interfaith Community Housing of Delaware Incorporated (ICHDE) is a non-profit corporation that develops, builds, rehabilitates, and manages quality affordable housing for low to moderate-income families throughout the state od Delaware. ICHDE provides families with the skills and knowledge to achieve homeownership through assist management, pre-purchase counseling, mortgage default, and credit/budget counseling. ICHDE does not provide emergency housing.
