Legal Services is a non-profit organization that offers legal advice and assistance to low income Delawareans. Legal Services handles only civil cases (no criminal cases) – Bankruptcy Petitions and Advice Chapters 7 & 13; Consumer Problems (repo, fraud, dept collection); Housing Problems (eviction, foreclosure, unsafe conditions, code violations, utility cut-offs) Unemployment Issues; Mortgage Remediation. All of our services are free to qualifying applicants.
