ManorCare Health Services is a subsidiary of ProMedica. A licensed 138 bed nursing facility in north Wilmington. ManorCare offers individualized care, designed to match our resident’s needs and preferences and enable them to achieve the greatest independence possible. There are various levels of skilled nursing care, respiratory therapy, IV therapy, hospice care, and wound and skin care are provided. An Alzheimer’s unit, shared with Arden Courts Alzheimer’s Assisted Living, provides care for 37 patients. Physical therapy is provided with a full time staff. Private and semi-private rooms are available. Nursing services offered by RN or LPN include medical treatment, skilled nursing as well as intermediate nursing care.  Also offering CNA care, social services, respite care, hospice care, religious programs, recreational programs and an activities department for people with Alzheimer’s.Accepts Medicare, Medicaid,private pay and most insurance.  Call for eligibility criteria.
