Maternity Care Coalition’s MOMobile program provides support to pregnant and parenting women (with children ages 0-3) incarcerated at Baylor Women’s Correctional Institution and Hazel D. Plant Treatment Facility.  MOMobile also provides support to the children’s caregivers in the community and to the women following their release from the correctional facilities.  Services include individual and group parenting and perinatal education and support, reentry case-management, referrals to physical and behavioral health and social services, resources and benefits, and items for children and families (diapers, cribs, clothing, etc.).
