Milford Housing Development Corporation (MHDC)  administers the Statewide Repair Program for “emergency” repairs.  MHDC provides emergency home repair services statewide for eligible families. Emergency repairs consist of actively leaking roofs, heating system (winter months), Non-functioning plumbing repairs, electrical hazards within the home, urgent accessibility modifications (ramps, stair lifts).  Call to find out if you qualify and if your project meets the requirements of the program.
