NOVA provides services in four areas:1. Resource hotline for victims of all types, and information and referrals to local programs.2. Serving as the voice for victims in the U.S. Congress and in state legislatures.3. Helping to establish new programs and offering educational opportunities to victim assistance and allied professionals by providing training and publications.4. Communication and support provided through the NOVA Newsletter, the Annual Conference, E-Mail, and the NOVA Web Page.
