Provides a variety of community services in the Middletown, Odessa & Townsend area including:  financial assistance for rent, mortgage, electric and prescriptions; housing counseling, budget counseling and landlord-tenant reconciliation.  Also sponsors the HOPE food program and operates a food closet.  Walk-ins are served, although an advance call is preferred.
