Circular design elements

Noble’s Pond is an age qualified, master planned community, in Kent County. Located approximately five miles north of Dover, this community is being built on 293 acres and subdivided into over 800 lots for both single family and carriage homes. The master plan allows for villages to be designed to preserve the natural resources of the property, which include wooded areas, ponds, and natural habitats. Creating a maintenance-free lifestyle for residents, the management team will be responsible for lawn service at each home to include trimming and mowing, snow removal from roads and upkeep of all common areas.A Lifestyle Director is on staff to plan a complete range of activities and programs for Noble’s Pond residents, including book clubs, cooking classes, bird watching, fly fishing, water aerobics, yoga classes, etc. Your Lifestyle Director will also coordinate trips, both day and overnight, for residents to destinations such as Branson, MO, New York City, Martha’s Vineyard, Annapolis, Baltimore Inner Harbor and area dinner theaters.
