The mission of the Office of Controlled Substances is to ensure the credibility, legitimacy and safe use of pharmaceuticals in Delaware by monitoring for compliance with State and Federal controlled substance laws and regulations for the protection of public health.  This office registers persons and institutions handling controlled substances.  All registrations are for two years.
