Paralyzed Veterans of America, Colonial Chapter has an accessibility needs fund which is available to any disabled person in DE who meets the financial criteria. This program is available for accessibility modifications, including ramps and modifications to home and vehicles for those with disabilities. Also has a sports & recreation program, advocacy and monitors federal and state legislation.
