The Home Repair Loan Program provides an income based deferred loan to help rehabilitate city of Wilmington homes. This loan is only available for emergency repairs such as roofs, windows, electrical, plumbing, doors, etc.The Neighborhood Stabilization Program can give an individual the opportunity to buy foreclosed or abandoned homes through grants. The grant is available only to those who plan to rehabilitate, resell, or redevelop these homes.Please call for more information.
