Provides emergency food, funding for utilities, rent, mortgage.  Also offers transportation to doctors for persons in the area, a sewing group for baby items, community revitalization, visits to the home-bound (in area) and to nursing homes. (Other committees: Bereavement, Meals on Wheels, Emmanuel Dining Room & Dresses for Haiti). They also address tenant concerns and legislative issues (hunger, housing, community issues, human trafficking). NOTE: Clients must first call for an appointment. NO WALK-INS.
