Salvation Army provides crisis counseling and financial assistance including food, rental assistance, utility assistance, and referrals for clothing and referral for shelters.  Salvation Army participates in “Operation Share” in conjunction with the Delaware Electric Cooperative. Operation Share offers electric bill assistance for Delaware residents who have received disconnection notice. Every effort is made to work cooperatively with referring agencies.
