SODAT administers the  DUI Evaluation and Referral Program for all persons charged with a DUI of alcohol-related driving offense in the state of Delaware. Clients must first call the main office at either (302) 656-2810 or (800) 551-6464 for an evaluation appointment. Appointments can be scheduled in any county; addresses for the offices are listed below:
