Business experienced volunteers provide counseling and workshops for small business startups, expansions and improvement. Assists clients and works in coordination with the SBA in developing business plans for new or existing small business enterprises. Counseling is a free service. Small fee for workshops held in New Castle and Kent counties.The SCORE office is co-located with the SBA Office of Delaware.
